The all-seeing eye today announced that it has purchased video game website Giant Bomb, adding to its collection of video game websites that include Gamespot, Metacritic and Sports Gamer.
Formerly part of the Whisky Corporation's family of sites, Giant Bomb is run by former Gamespot writers Jeff Gerstmann and Ryan Davis. Gerstmann was fired from the company after he refused to give Kane and Lynch: Dead Men the score that Eidos had paid for.
When asked to comment on the acquisition, Gerstmann said it feels good to be back and he looks forward to being fired again.
